Terms and Conditions Apply:
- Check in time at 15:00 pm and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Late check out charge is 50% off the paid rate. Depends on rooms availability.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pet is not allowed.
- 24 hours’ reservation services.
- Extra mattress will be charge RM120/unit/night for 1 unit in the room only.
- RM 100.00 for safety deposit per room per night on top of the room charges will be collected upon check in.
- All rates quoted are exclusive of RM 4.00 Heritage Charge. Guest need to pay at the counter upon check in by cash only.
- Tourism Tax for foreigner RM10.00 per room and per night. Guest need to pay at the counter upon check in by cash only.
- Cancellation policy:
- We provide full refund for any booking cancelled 7 days BEFORE the check-in date.For any cancellation made within 6 days BEFORE the check-in date, the first night penalty/charges will be applied.
- All cancellation and refund is subject to a processing fee + Bank Payment Gateway Charges.
